Everything in full swing for the 1step1life Ride August 2016
We are so pleased to announce the support of our first major sponsor Trademark Waterproofing! They have been long term supporters of our work and we are lucky enough to have their support on our ride adventure too!
A reminder to anyone out there looking for a challenge in their life please don't hesitate to check out our ride website 1step1liferide.org and see if it might be something for you! We are offering packages for both riding and to be in the support vans for those less keen on exercise ;)

Unique Challenges
When faced with a unique challenge for one of our families, Pheakdey comes up with the an idea and 1step rises to the challenge. Hence our latest project. Building a fish farm to create a sustainable income for them without having to separate the family to live in the city.
Just the start but it will happen.
A great night with great supporters

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came to support our event last night. It was so special to share our great work with you. It was wonderful to speak to Jake, Pheakdey and some our scholarship students and staff via Skype. Isn't technology wonderful.

First Staff Meeting

We had our first staff meeting last night with our awesome new teachers, Chai and Soury, Pheakdey, Jake and School Director Son. Productive, entertaining and excited for more awesome things to come.

Bike ride 2016 - it's getting closer
Charity Mum to work
21 March Karen our Charity mum delivered our first ever women's empowerment workshop yesterday. With a focus on building confidence and friendship amongst our amazing group of girls. Our wonderful role model Sohkon, did a great job of translating.

4 March Pheakdey did a great job building our new rope climbing wall for the students. They are having an awesome time on our epic new addition to their learning experience.

New Playground :)
We have had the most amazing few days here at 1step constructing our new playground! A big thanks to Jason, Hayden and Jarrod from Australia who helped out and another big thanks to Richard and Sopheak from Custom Made Cambodia Our students were a huge help and we had some awesome fun along the way! We aren't enviro experts but we tried our best to use recycled materials and planted new trees which will provide fruit in the future all whilst creating a safe and fun place to play. A final thanks to our incredible Cambodia Manager Pheakdey, who designed and has worked non stop!
